The Terms and Conditions presented here apply to all purchases and sales of items. Your purchase means you have accepted our Terms and Conditions of Sale.


All STERITOOL INC products carry a lifetime warranty against material and manufacturing defects. We do not warranty against components broken due to misuse and or abuse. Using a non striking tool as a striking tool does not qualify for warranty.

All products, unless otherwise noted, are first quality. If you receive a product that does not meet the specifications advertised in our catalog, web site, stated by our sales agents, or stated in any other official literature released by STERITOOL INC, please contact us immediately. We will promptly provide a refund, credit, or exchange (all subject to Q.A. inspection and/or 10% re-stocking fee) providing it is returned in same condition as sold and within 30 days of invoice date.


All orders must be inspected by the intended recipient or authorized personnel in your receiving department within 72 hours of receiving the shipment. All claims, including but not limited to lost, missing, or broken items must be reported within 72 hours.


All returned merchandise must be in same condition as sold. Custom Orders can not be returned. Before returning an item, please call us to get a Return Authorization Number. We will not be responsible for any unauthorized returns.

DOMESTIC RETURNS: All returns must be shipped back to us via UPS or FedEx Ground.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS: For international returns please declare the products as: RETURN TO SENDER(no value added).

Returns due to material or manufacturing defects will be exchanged free of charge.


30 days from invoice date and 10% re-stocking fee.

We will accept returns for a 30 day period from invoice date with 10% re-stocking fee (subject to Q.A. inspection). During those 30 days, you may return an item for a full refund/credit (minus 10% re-stocking fee), or exchange, providing that the item is in same condition as sold. After 30 days we will not accept any returns. Returns due to material or manufacturing defects will be exchanged free of charge.


Custom orders or tool(s) modified from the original specification cannot be returned.


Broken or damaged tool(s) will be analyzed on a case by case basis. We will determine the cause of the damage by carefully analyzing the tool(s). If the cause of the damage is determined to be manufacturing or material defects, we will replace the tool(s). If the cause of damage is determined to be misuse of the tool(s), it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to replace the tool(s) at their own cost. Common causes of no warranty breakage includes: using vise grips as a hammer. Using a screwdriver or a hammer as a pry bar. Using screwdriver, nut driver or a hex driver's solid stainless steel handle as a striking tool.
