The Terms and Conditions presented here apply to all purchases and sales of items. Your purchase means you have accepted our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
GUARANTEE
All products are first quality. If you receive a product that does not meet the specifications advertised in our catalog, web site, or stated by our sales agents, please contact us.
We will promptly provide a refund, credit, or exchange (all subject to Q.A. inspection and/or 10% re-stocking fee) providing it is returned in same condition as sold and within 30 days of invoice date
INSPECTION UPON RECEIPT OF GOODS
All orders must be inspected by the intended recipient or authorized personnel in your receiving department within 72 hours of receiving the shipment.
All claims, including but not limited to lost, missing or broken items, must be reported within this 72 hour period.
After 72 hours the recipient will be responsible for filling claims with the carrier.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returned merchandise must be in same condition as sold. Special Projects/Custom Orders can not be returned.
Before returning an item, please call us to get a Return Authorization number. We will not be responsible for any unauthorized returns.
RETURN PERIOD
30 days from invoice date and 10% re-stocking fee.
We will accept returns for a 30 day period from invoice date with 10% re-stocking fee (subject to Q.A. inspection).
During those 30 days, you may return an item for a full refund/credit (minus 10% re-stocking fee), or exchange, providing that the item is in same condition as sold.
After 30 days we will not accept any returns. Exchanges after the 30 days will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
SPECIAL PROJECTS & CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders or tool(s) modified from the original specification can not be returned.
BROKEN OR DAMAGED TOOL(S)
Broken or damaged tool(s) will be analyzed on a case by case basis.
We will determine the cause of the damage by carefully analyzing the tool(s).
If the cause of the damage is determined to be a manufacturing or a material related, we will replace the tool(s).
If the cause of damage is determined to be miss use of the tool(s), it will be the sole responsibility of the customer to replace the tool(s) at their own cost.
