: CALL FOR CASE STUDY SUBMISSION :

Submit a case study illustrating a contamination issue which has been resolved by the implementation of Stainless Steel Hand Tools and win a set of tools.

LIMITED TO TWENTY ENTRIES

What you can win: Eighteen valid case study submissions will win the following set of tools: Stainless Steel 7” Adjustable Wrench, Stainless Steel Precision Mini Screwdriver set, and Stainless Steel Hex Key set (inch or metric).

The top two case studies will win a stainless steel tool kit which includes a set of combination wrenches (inch or metric), 7” adjustable wrench, 8” locking pliers, 8" two-position pliers, 5/16" nut driver, set of full size screwdrivers, a folding hex key set (inch or metric), and a 14" tool box.

How to enter: Submit a comprehensive case study outlining the benefits of using stainless steel hand tools in a critical environment. The stainless steel hand tools do not have to be Steritool brand, however, they must be made from 304, 316, 405, 465, or 17-4PH Stainless Steel (forceps, scissors, tweezers, knifes, syringes, and other medical instruments do not qualify). Case study may not be theoretical, must be factual with real life data to support the case study.

Format of the case study:

·        2000 words minimum.

·        Visual aids such as photographs and graphs are welcomed.

·        Submitted electronically as a Rich Text Format (*.rtf).

·        At a minimum, the author(s) name(s) and title(s) are required.

·        If using outside sources or references, a works cited page is required.

·        Case study should cover these five topics:

o       PROBLEM IDENTIFICATION & ANALYSIS

o       PROPOSED SOLUTION

o       IMPLEMENTATON OF SOLUTION

o       OBSERVATION/COMPARISON OF DATA

o       CONCLUSION

What will my case study be used for? – The top two case studies will be used in our campaign to raise awareness for the use of Stainless Steel Hand Tools through publications on our website and other sources of information such as magazines or websites which are available to both industry and the public.

Can I remain anonymous? – At a minimum, the disclosure of the author(s) name and title(s) is required. If you are unable to disclose your name but can disclose the name of the company you work for, that will be accepted. Please check with the appropriate parties at your place of employment to gain the proper authorization. Steritool Inc and its employees will not be held responsible for any actions taken by your employer if any rules, regulations, or contracts are breached or violated by submitting a case study to Steritool Inc.

How to submit: You may submit your case study via e-mail to steritool@steritool.com. The case study must be formatted as a Rich Text Format (*.rtf). File must be named using your initials and date of submission – John Doe, June 01, 2010 = JD06012010.rtf. The subject line of the e-mail should read ‘Case Study 2010.’
